There should be two reasons for this issue:
1) We sent you a sequencing result incorrectly, which was not from your sample.
2) If the sequencing result is indeed from your sample but showed different result as expected, we will re-sequence your sample. We will isolate the plasmids from your original cell cultures and submit it again for sequencing. If the sequencing result is different from the previous result, we will waive the cost for the re-sequencing. If it is still the same, we will charge this extra sequencing fee.
