GenScript could provide both net weight and gross weight peptide.
When gross weight is required, Net weight of target peptide: Gross Weight X Net Peptide Content (%) X HPLC Purity (%).
Molar amount of target peptide: Net Weight / Molecular Weight.
For example: Peptide sample, gross weight 10 mg, Final HPLC Purity 98%, Net Peptide Content 80.0%. Molecular weight 1500 g/mol.
Net Weight of target peptide: 10 mg X 98% X 80.0% = 7.84 mg.
Molar Amount of target peptide: 7.84 mg / 1500 g/mol X 1000 = 5.227 μmol.
