Many reasons can cause this issue. For example, DNA from a same species, but from difference populations or individuals might be quite different; if DNA is from a PCR product, mismatch errors during the amplification should also be taken into consideration. We always guarantee the 100% correctness of sequencing results based on the received samples, but we could not guarantee the sequences would be identical to the ones from the references.
