Are there any differences between the hand-mixed and machine-mixed methods for random primers?

Machine mixing: N can be any of the four base monomer of AGCT and they are injected into the reaction in turns. There may be a different reaction time for each monomer and the ratio may be different after the experiment.
Hand mixing: By mixing the base monomers in a predetermined proportion, the time difference between different monomer reactions is eliminated and the random effect is better than that of the machine.
